Tiffin Jeiwa, a Timeless Gift That Supports a Good Cause

We first saw Tiffin Jeiwa at Hari Kraf Kebangsaan recently. We spoke to a staff member at the booth and asked where we could visit their shop to see more of their products. We were surprised to learn that their shop in Kuala Lumpur is located at Kompleks Kraf. After postponing our plans for so long, we visited Tiffin Jeiwa at Kompleks Kraf KL yesterday.

Tiffin Jeiwa is a social enterprise based in Johor, Malaysia. They produce hand-painted stainless steel tiffin carriers and kitchenware.

Their tiffin carriers are not only beautiful pieces of art, but they also serve as a platform to raise funds to build and maintain JEIWA Power House, an integrated community center to empower women and the community.

Ina Fadilah Nizar, founder of JEIWA and Jeiwa Global Resources, designed most of the tiffin carriers. She artfully incorporates women’s stories, historical places, and Malaysian identity into the designs.

Each design is named after a woman or a place, and each one is unique. The designs are then painted by hand by talented artisans from different communities and ethnic groups.

Tiffin Jeiwa produces unique and identity-rich designs that celebrate Malaysian culture. Their collections include Batik, Brocade, Empress, Ethnic, Flora & Fauna, Fantasy, 3D Edition, Chinoserie, and Kebaya.

These tiffin carriers are an eco-friendly way to carry your food. They are made of stainless steel with lead-free and non-toxic paint. They are easily washable and can be placed in the freezer or chiller. They are also leak-proof and have an easy locking system. Each tier has its own separate inner lid.

You can design it yourself if you like. Choose from a variety of colours, designs, and shapes to create a tiffin carrier that is truly your own. You can even add a personalised name, box, or tag.

We recommend Tiffin Jeiwa for beautiful, unique, and eco-friendly gifts. We’re sure you’ll love them as much as we do. Tiffin Jeiwa is also available for purchase in Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, and Myanmar.

Those interested in visiting Tiffin Jeiwa can now easily take an MRT train to Kompleks Kraf KL. We wrote about it in a previous blog post. Here. If you’re visiting Kompleks Kraf KL for the first time, you may find this blog post helpful.

Like and follow Tiffin Jeiwa on Facebook and Instagram. Happy to announce that tangankraf currently carries 6 of their products, and more will be added soon. Click here to view the products or search for Tiffin Jeiwa in any our search bars.
